How do I Submit a Referral?

Search for jobs using the search bar above and click "Refer Now" on a specific job, or share your personal referral link for the job with your referral candidate. Not sure which job is the best fit for your referral? Submit your referral as a general referral and recommend a department or location by selecting the general referral option above.
A resume does not need to be submitted when you submit a referral, but it heavily encouraged so recruiters can see your referral’s experience and skills!
Do I need to include a resume with my referral?

Yes, family members can be referred to jobs at SAIC.
Can I submit a referral for a family member?

Both referrals are reviewed equally, and you will be the owner if the candidate applies with the email linked to your referral, provided you don't submit during another's ownership period. If your job-specific referral is deemed ineligible, you must submit a general referral or another eligible job-specific referral to establish ownership.
A job-specific referral is for a particular job, while a general referral is for any position at SAIC.
What is the difference between a Job Specific Referral and a General Referral?

You should identify trusted candidates within your professional and personal/social network. Focus on candidates that you can validate (skills, work experience, values, etc.) and that you feel confident would be a great fit for the company. Ensure the candidate you are referring will uphold SAIC's ethical culture and core values.

What should I tell prospective empoyees about SAIC?

Eligible referrers should receive their referral hire bonus on their SAIC paycheck within 2 pay periods after the new hire has been employed with SAIC for 90 days. Per IRS regulations, all incentive and referral bonuses are considered a taxable fringe benefit generally subject to federal/state income taxes and employment taxes and will be reported on annual Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement.
