As a member of the Air Battle Management System Digital Infrastructure consortium, SAIC is defining how Joint Domain Command and Control (JADC2) will be in acted by the Space Force and Air Force. Regardless of the platform, SAIC integrators are well positioned to interconnect assets in the space domain that support the ground missions of our military.
For the Missile Defense Agency, SAIC leverages a suite of model-based systems engineering tools and digital engineering best practices for quick response analysis of national threats like hypersonics. Helping the nation plan and align its resources for multi-domain defense is a critical element of the work.
SAIC is leading the Air Force Air Operations Center (AOC) modernization as the prime contractor on AOC Falconer. Cyber, data, cloud, and command and control all converge on this program to empower Air Force decision makers and position them for success.
SAIC is the integrator of choice on many of the DOD's critical Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) programs. Modernizing the Air Force’s air operations centers, accelerating DOD apps to the cloud, and enabling secure data sharing between security levels, military branches and combatant commands are just a few of the solutions we are delivering from the enterprise to the edge.

We are working with the U.S. Space Force (USSF) to help them migrate their apps to the cloud in order to enhance mission operations, including prototype and innovation development. We delivered a private cloud instance that supports the satellite missions of USSF. We manage and host virtualized cloud infrastructure that facilitates seamless cloud transition – streamlining cloud migration for space missions.
SAIC supports the Department of the Navy’s Naval Cloud Service Management Office initial iteration of the Naval Enterprise Cloud Environment, by establishing tools, capabilities and services to provide account lifecycle management; multi-cloud governance and catalog management, customizable dashboards and reports detailing multi-cloud usage and spend from the individual accounts all the way up to a complete enterprise view.
SAIC delivers cloud solutions for DOD missions. We create tools, migrate applications and management solutions that are rated as best of breed within the DOD. Our experience in secure cloud and multi-cloud environments accelerates your timeline for authority to operate – allowing you to deploy capability more quickly and securely.
Providing migration-as-a-service, SAIC manages nearly 100 mission systems in production, with a 40% inheritance rate for authority to operate – which means getting your capability deployed a lot quicker. We actively manage four cloud service providers from Impact Levels 2 to 6 (Secret) on Cloud One. Per the DOD CIO, “Cloud One is the leading provider for state-of-the-art cloud computing platforms, technologies, approaches and solutions.”
We provide a full spectrum of solutions that include human resource management and information technology through the development, sustainment and integration of systems, services and applications to support the warfighter. We are developing, operating and maintaining approximately 200 virtual applications that support the needs of soldiers from enlistment to retirement.

We delivered a private cloud instance that supports the satellite missions of USSF. We manage and host virtualized cloud infrastructure that facilitates seamless cloud transition – streamlining cloud migration for space missions.
We support the U.S. Navy in designing, developing, integrating, modernizing, sustaining and life cycle support to shore networks, network components and network service solutions for all shore-based U.S. Navy commands and personnel critical to the Navy’s day-to-day operations. Additionally, we support the command and control IT of U.S. Navy units deployed by operational commanders.
SAIC understands the unique challenges in providing enterprise IT to the nation’s warfighters: the Combatant Commands. We apply that deep mission knowledge to provide not just business IT, but IT that provides the ability for theater commanders to effectively and efficiently command and control their forces and rapidly address contingencies. For example, we architected, engineered and delivered a Collaborative Partner Environment to the U.S. Central Command that collapses coalition networks into a single information domain. It’s the first data-centric security solution that’s achieved initial operating capability (IOC) and evaluated as JADC2-compliant by the Joint Staff.
We provide IT services, cloud migration and management, cybersecurity, information analytics and telecommunications management services to help the Army make their system development lifecycles more efficient and effective in producing new capabilities for warfighters. We enable knowledge management and automation of digital ecosystems for the Army.
SAIC is delivering leading-edge innovations to 79,000 airmen as the end-user services prime contractor for the Air Force's enterprise IT-as-a-service risk reduction project. Tech cafés offering rapid hardware/software/network assistance, lightning-fast computer imaging, increased security and AI chatbots for automated delivery of help-desk services are just a few examples. We are freeing up warfighters for the mission while delivering unparalleled levels of customer satisfaction.
SAIC enterprise IT and managed service solutions for enterprise infrastructure provide cost saving IT services that are rapidly scalable, flexible and innovative, while minimizing operational risks. From digital workspace and cloud management to cybersecurity and application services, our solutions deliver IT workflows that optimize and automate services, lower total cost of ownership (TCO), and dramatically improve user experiences.
