Bridget Chatman is an active and highly respected leader who has made an impact within SAIC and across government and industry. Chatman joined SAIC in 2011 as a business developer, focusing on civilian government. But from the start, she has been an active champion of diversity, equity and inclusion; women and people of color; STEM; and more intentional corporate responsibility, helping formalize DE&I as well as establish the AccelerātHER Women’s Leadership Academy for the company. Among her numerous accomplishments in industry and government, she is the first Black female board chair of Women In Aerospace.
Chatman has over 28 years of experience in corporate strategy, marketing, business development and capture management in the aerospace industry. She partners with the leaders of SAIC’s five business groups to onboard and upskill hundreds of business development executives, capture managers and technical solution architects to position the company for strategic growth.

Sasha Flash is the program management team manager for operations and sustainment of Cloud One, a Department of Defense enterprise cloud managed by the U.S. Air Force and for which SAIC serves as industry partner. Flash joined SAIC in 2018 and has established herself as a dynamic leader in IT operations, with particular skills in project management, problem-solving, innovation, process improvement and customer relationships. A certified project manager and scrum master, Flash is known for her efficient and adaptive leadership of cross-functional teams to meet business and technical goals in the face of complex projects. She is an active member of SAIC's Women's Employee Resource Group.
Sasha Flash
Diana Pineda provides technical leadership to the software team supporting the development, integration and delivery of modeling and simulation solutions to the U.S. Space Force National Space Test and Training Complex – Digital. Pineda joined SAIC in 2019 as a software systems engineer supporting the U.S. Air Force's Pilot Training Next program. Over her 22-year career, she has held positions of increasing authority and innovation leadership in software integration and interoperability, data management and analytics, and live virtual constructive simulation for both the U.S. Army and Air Force. A Certified Modeling and Simulation Professional, Pineda has published multiple papers and served on the simulation subcommittee of the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference, better known as I/ITSEC.
Diana Pineda
Upon her start at SAIC in 2022, Sonya Dawson began working with data at all stages of the analysis lifecycle in support of military simulation experiments that inform multimillion-dollar decisions by the U.S. Army Maneuver Center of Excellence. She determines the appropriate analytical approach based on the collected data and desired outcomes, using statistics and data mining and verifying results at each step. Her other responsibilities include visualizing and presenting data findings and working with analytical subject matter experts on extracting key insights from data. Dawson is also a member of a select team at SAIC developing artificial intelligence/machine learning capabilities with a newly developed data science cluster.
Sonya Dawson
Momo Hohensee's SAIC journey began in 2022 as a technical sales engineer. She quickly surpassed expectations by leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Dataiku, Databricks, SQL, Tableau and ServiceNow to solve complex customer challenges and became a data scientist on the artificial intelligence team in SAIC's Digital Innovation Factory, part of the company's Innovation Office. Hohensee's exceptional performance and unwavering dedication led to her promotion in just one year, and she since has showcased SAIC's solutions to different clients — demonstrating yet another skill as a communicator. She holds AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications, and her commitment to continuous learning and STEM advocacy makes her a standout figure.
Momo Hohensee
Beginning with SAIC in 1999 as a safety and mission assurance engineer for the International Space Station at NASA Johnson Space Center, Tameka Page-Green's 26-year career is marked by exemplary leadership, technical prowess and a profound commitment to innovation. Page-Green has held numerous key roles, including engineering department manager at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Data Buoy Center, where she oversaw engineering designs, drafting and lab testing for all NOAA equipment. She is a Six Sigma Green Belt, a graduate of SAIC's inaugural Black Management Accelerator at McKinsey & Company in 2021 and a first-cohort graduate of the company's AccelerātHER Women’s Leadership Academy in 2022, before becoming a coach for the second and third cohorts.

Michelle Aupiu joined SAIC in 2013 as a senior program analyst supporting Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD). She has been instrumental to NAWCWD's Airborne Electronic Attack Integrated Product Team (AEA IPT) in several configuration management and security roles and currently serves as the office manager for AEA IPT leadership, critical to day-to-day operations and the team's Navy program support. Aupiu has supported various defense programs at NAWCWD Port Hueneme and Point Mugu with different companies since 1991. SAIC recognizes Aupiu as an emerging leader; she participated in the inaugural cohort of SAIC’s AccelerātHER Women’s Leadership Academy in 2021.

In her role as systems engineer manager, Tiffany Hoston leads a team on major test projects that provide valuable insights for customers in the development, acquisition and support of complex systems and technologies. Hoston, who has been with SAIC since 2019, led a testing event that helped the Survivability Assurance Office of the National Reconnaissance Office with its testing engagements, which are crucial for providing timely intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance data to decision-makers. Hoston is committed to nurturing the next generation of engineers, as co-lead of SAIC's STEM Employee Resource Group, where she mentors young professionals and students and organizes events for underrepresented minorities. She is also deeply engaged with her local community in providing STEM opportunities, especially for underserved girls and students of color.
