Aspects of Land: exploring a new style
Branding / Editorial / Print
Our Aspects of Land publication brings readers an expert look at the rural property landscape twice a year. While the magazine isn't new, this season the look and feel was. Using vibrant imagery, eye-catching infographics and modern design, we transformed the piece into something so much more engaging, digestible and enjoyable to flick through.
A dynamic reimagination of Tooting is underway. We were tasked with creating a unique identity that captures the spirit of one of London's most diverse and eclectic neighbourhoods. The new branding celebrates Tooting's heritage while revitalising its image as a thriving hub of creativity, innovation and community engagement. We designed a visual feast of vibrant colors, expressive typography and modern aesthetics that grabbed our audience's attention.

ALBA: a new website experience

ALBA is an annual publication dedicated to sharing the insights and trends shaping Scotland's real estate. Our brief was to refresh the design, bring it into our new brand world and drive digital-first design. From plain word-doc articles, we created a vibrant digital magazine with interactive experiences. Thoughtfully designed for both mobile and desktop, we leveraged eye-catching infographics, striking visuals and modern editorial cues to give this project a whole new lease of life.
The Ragged School: an ode to old and new

Revitalising the past and bringing it into the future, we created new branding and logo design for the redevelopment of one of Faringdon's cherished office buildings. The vision was to preserve the sense of rich heritage while introducing a fresh, contemporary identity that mirrored the new space. Through thoughtful rebranding and stragegic marketing materials, we drew interest towards this premium investment opportunity for our client.
Filled with rainbow colours and uplifting animation, our Pride 2023 campaign was designed to raise awareness of the importance of celebrating all that makes us unique in the workplace. The square from the Savills logo was the starting inspiration, broken out into varying shapes, colours and scales to represent us being both brilliantly different and together. It rolled out across window displays, social platforms and employee lockscreens throughout Pride month.

The most sustainable office building in Edinburgh needed a modern and innovative creative to match. Using sleek-yet-vibrant design alongside impactful imagery, we created a brochure that showcased the office's industry-leading credentials, keeping stats, maps and information engaging on every page.

With one of the largest student populations in the UK, One Medlock Street needed to standout as the accomodation of choice. We paired playful, modern typography with a dynamic colour palette and sleek infographics to match the vibrant and youthful energy of the area while enticing potential investors.

Our Farms & Estates Portfolio invited readers to step into a world of charm and tranquility. Consciously designed with calming colours, elegant type and bespoke illustrations, the piece showcased a wide range of properties across the country with both property and lifestyle photography. The piece was created to inspire, attract buyers' interest and cement our place in their minds as specialists in the field.

Once a year, Savills launches Portfolio magazine to adorn coffee tables across the country. Filled with premium properties, interior trends and luxury lifestyle content, it needed a phased social campaign to build anticipation and drive subscriptions. Centred around the concept of 'It's dropped', we used elevated type, modern imagery and hints of gold in the palette alongside dynamic animation to grab our audience's attention.
