- Online outpatient claim form.
- Original receipts.
You are covered under the Emergency Outpatient Treatment Benefit. Coverage includes up to S$3,000 per disability and includes follow up treatment within 30 days of the accident.
Documents required to submit a claim:
- Online inpatient claim form.
- Original and final tax invoices.
- Inpatient discharge summary or medical/doctor report.
You are covered under the Emergency Outpatient A&E Treatment (Clinical) Benefit. Coverage includes up to S$120 per visit, up to four visits each year.
Documents required to submit a claim:
- Online outpatient claim form.
- Original receipts.
You are covered under the EGroup Hospital and Surgical (GHS) Benefit. Coverage includes up to S$28,000, subject to the surgical benefits schedule.

When submitting hospital claims, attach your scanned receipts/medical reports in the online portal. Then, print the claim summary and mail it along with the original receipt/medical report to AIA.
