1. Preheat oven 375 degrees. 2. Break up sausage in a bowl and add the cheese. Note: This has to be freshly grated or it will not work (no bagged shreds here). Mix well. Add baking mix carefully to incorporate but don’t overwork. 3. Form into balls and bake on a lined cookie sheet. 4. Bake 20 to 30 minutes depending on the size of the ball (I bake mine 30 minutes).
2 pounds breakfast sausage (I use Jimmy Dean) 4 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese (I use medium cheddar) 1 1/2 cups baking mix (I use regular Bisquick)
