The FAR Overhaul website welcomes “informal input” on the proposed revisions (specifically “areas that need refinement” and “any potential unintended consequences”) no later than 12:00 p.m. ET on September 30, 2025, but cautions that the “FAR Council will not formally respond to public feedback, but will consider the feedback, as appropriate, in the rulemaking process.” Submit your questions to: MBX.OMB.OFPPv2@OMB.eop.gov
