SIG CONNECT OHD Sweepstakes Offical Rules
1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR
RESTRICTED BY LAW.
2. Sweepstakes Sponsor: SIG SAUER, Inc., 72 Pease Blvd, Newington, NH 03801. (“Sponsor”).
3. Sweepstakes Period: The SIG Connect OHD Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins September 7, 2024, at 12:00AM (Eastern Daylight Time) and ends October 7, 2024, at 11:59PM (Eastern Daylight Time) (the “Program Period”).
4. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia) excluding, without limitation, Puerto Rico, and other US territories) who currently reside in the US and who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and directors of SIG SAUER, Inc., its affiliates, advertising, design, print production and publicity agencies and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this sweepstakes, as well as their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse), or members of their households, are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize. The winner will be required to have a valid driver's license or proof of identification and will be required to complete an ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check at his or her local firearms retailer that holds a valid Federal Firearms License. Failure to comply with each of these requirements will result in a forfeiture of the prize. SIG SAUER, Inc. will not be responsible for any fees collected by the retailer to perform these services. Such fees shall be at the winner's sole expense. By entering this sweepstakes, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding, in all respects. This offer is void where prohibited by law, and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE
NOT LOCATED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.
5. How to Play: In order to qualify, entrants must enter through either of the two options below: (1) Individuals will be automatically entered as a participant (“Participant”) in the Sweepstakes by shooting and submitting Optical Hit Detection (“OHD”) sessions (with a minimum of five shots each session) during the Sweepstakes Period on the SIG Connect app. Each submitted session of five or more rounds qualifies as one entry. There is no limit on the number of sessions that may be entered. Annual Premium Subscribers will receive fifty (20) additional entries. Monthly premium subscribers will receive (10) additional entries. By partaking in the Sweepstakes, Participants agree to abide by the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes. (2) Mail-in Entry: To enter without purchasing a Premium Subscription, entrants may enter by mail as follows: on a plain 3” x 5” card, legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home phone number (including area code), and email address and mail the completed card to 72 Pease Blvd, Newington, NH 03801, ATTN: September OHD Sweepstakes. Each envelope shall equal one (1) entry. Entries must be postmarked by October 7, 2024, and received by October 14, 2024. There is no limit on the number of submissions. Multiple entries by a single entrant in the same envelop, however, are void. Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the entrant are void and will result in disqualification.
6. Prize Drawings/Winner Selections: A prize drawing will be held following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period and all winners notified by November 7, 2024. Five (5) Sweepstakes winners will be selected by random drawings from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. No prize
transfers, assignments, cash equivalents or substitutions will be allowed.
7. Notification and Awarding of Prize: The winners will be notified by email, mail or telephone and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (except where prohibited by law) within thirty (30) days of notification in order to claim the prize. The winner Affidavits of Eligibility must be complete and include the winner’s social security number. The winner’s social security number will be used solely to verify eligibility and for tax reporting purposes. The information in the winner Affidavits of Eligibility must be correct or the winner is disqualified. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release as required, or if the Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate Sponsor to make use of any of the rights granted herein and winners waive any right to inspect or
approve any such use of any and every nature and kind.
8. Prizes/Approximate Retail Value, and Odds: The Grand Prize winner will receive a certificate redeemable for a Sig Sauer P365 AXG Legion pistol (approximate retail value of $1199.99, and the four runner-up winners will each receive a certificate redeemable for a Sig Sauer P365XCA-9-COMP pistol (approximate retail value of $849.99). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equivalent value. Odds of winning depend on the number of qualifying entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
This Program is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sponsor will issue and submit to the IRS a Form 1099-MISC for each winning entry. By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its respective affiliates, shareholders, officers, printers, distributors, advertising agencies and reward suppliers, and the employees, agents, and consultants of any of the above entities, from any and all liability for any injury, death, loss, tax liability or damage of any kind arising from entrant’s participation in this Program or in any Program-related activity, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Sweepstakes prize. Without limiting the foregoing, all prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Prize winner waives the right (1) to assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, and (2) to any liability claim which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize. If any provision of this Sweepstakes shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By participation in this Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, each winner grants SIG SAUER, Inc. and its affiliated companies the right to use the winner's name, address (city and state only), prize information, likeness, voice, and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide and in any media now existing or hereinafter devised, including but not limited to the world wide web, without additional compensation or further notification, permission or consideration. (Tennessee residents need not consent to, or sign any, publicity release.)
Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of the terms of use of the web site by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated entry programs), or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass Sponsor or any other person. Sponsor shall have the right to audit each winner’s ODP sessions if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, any cheating or foul play is suspected with respect to Sweepstakes entries.
Sponsor, prize suppliers, and all production agencies shall not be responsible for technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions in any marketing materials or these Official Rules.
Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be subject to the laws of the State of New Hampshire and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Rockingham County, New Hampshire. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes and never shall include consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys' fees. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

Winners shall not be eligible to win more than one SIG SAUER Inc. Sweepstakes in any calendar year. Entry in this Sweepstakes grants SIG SAUER Inc. the right to use entrants' information for all legal purposes including, but not limited to, giving to marketing partners, and SIG SAUER electronic newsletter subscription.
