Our Tampa office was opened in the mid-90s and since that time we have opened three additional full service offices including Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and Fort Myers all serving a variety of market sectors. Our experience in K-12 Education includes ground up new construction, classroom building additions, renovations and remodels for K-8, high schools and middle school campuses.

Activity: Rough grind on polished concrete and floor protection on level one is in progress.

New Mechanical Equipment
Major renovations of 15 buildings to include new flooring, paint, casework, lights, HVAC equipment, and new windows. Exterior renovations include new exterior surface and painting of buildings, new roofing, new parking lot and administration loop, extension of the pond, new courtyard, and new landscaping and irrigation throughout campus.
