42,000-SF three-story new community health center with a patient-centric design prioritizing safety, comfort and accessibility. The building houses acute care and specialty clinics, drive-through and walk-up pharmacy, lab draw with basic testing, x-ray unit, 12 dental operatories and medical clinic space.

13,430-SF renovation and addition to consolidate adult parole and probation into one building. The project also included a staff wellness facility, gym, training room and administrative office space.
Deschutes County Parole and Probation
35,000-SF two-story new courthouse completed on-time and with cost savings that allowed for a parking lot expansion.

New 8,100-SF industrial building for IBEW’s union meetings, including offices, a gathering space and future lease space.
