Brick installation is currently in progress, along with the installation of clerestory windows and curtainwalls at the lobbies. HVAC duct work continues and interior framing and drywall work are underway. Restroom plumbing is in progress, while electrical work, both overhead and in the walls, continues. Fire sprinkler installation is also in progress, and roofing installation is happening now.

HVAC duct work continues and interior framing and drywall work are underway. Restroom plumbing is in progress, while electrical work, both overhead and in the walls, continues. The construction site is bustling with activity. Wateproofing, HVAC duct work, framing, and drywall are on-going. Brick and roofing installations have started. Overhead electrical and plumbing work contines. Mechanical yard walls are in progress, roof fall protection is installed, and curtainwall installation has begun. The project is steadily taking shape.

We have successfully completed the layout of the floor boxes and are currently pouring concrete for the beams, walls, and roof topping. The construction of CMU walls is on-going, and we are in the process of installing roof drains. Additionally, we are installing the vapor barrier for the slab on grade. In the mechanical yard, the underground rough-in is underway, and we are also installing storm and sanitary lines on the north side of the building.

We are currently waterproofing the retaining walls and continuing with the construction of CMU walls. Concrete pours are happening for the CMU walls, ramp, and beams. Grading work is in progress for the slab on grade. Additionally, we are mobilizing a crane for the precast concrete beams and double tees

We are currently pouring concrete for the CMU walls and foundations. The waterproofing of walls has commenced, and we are laying out the roof drains. The cast-in-place beams are being finished, and we are also laying out the secondary storm lines.

We have held subcontractor kick-off meetings to align on project goals, timelines, and quality. The building pad and crane road are complete, and we have received delivery of the precast underground structures. Additionally, the building foundation work has commenced.
