Starting out as a captain at King's Hotel in May 1984, Mr Christopher Ng rose through the ranks to manage Princess Terrace. Over the decades, he's built deep connections with guests. “One of our most cherished regulars has been dining with us for almost 27 years. He even calls occasionally to ask about the well-being of staff.” His most treasured memory involves a guest who dined at Princess Terrace five days a week. “He once told us how deeply touched he was by our heartfelt service. His compliments have stayed with me to this day.”

Mr David Lim’s career with Millennium Hotels & Resorts began in 2000 when he was 27, joining the M Hotel Singapore's Banquet team before he moved to Grand Shanghai in 2010. “What I'm most proud of is the journey I've shared with our guests over the years,” he shares. “I've had the privilege of watching some of them grow up before my eyes.” Witnessing MHR's transformation from a local hotel chain to a global hospitality group has been deeply rewarding. “Being able to contribute in my own way makes me feel like I've grown alongside the company,” he says.
