Sports Illustrated Swim Search is an annual open casting call that offers opportunities for all indiviudals—whether aspiring or professional models—regardless of prior experience.
The goal is to identify and elevate a group of individuals who embody confidence, empowerment and individuality.
By participating in Swim Search, applicants have a chance to be featured as a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Rookie. The initiative isn’t just about modeling—it's about being part of a supportive network that provides mentorship, exposure, and learning opportunities. SI Swimsuit isn’t just about beauty; it’s about embracing who you are and what you stand for.
What is Swim Search?
Who should apply?
Models, athletes, influencers, and individuals from all walks of life looking to leverage Swim Search as a platform for personal and professional growth. Previous applicants include, but are not limited to, astronauts, students, authors, activists, moms, lawyers, doctors, and more.
How do I apply?
Follow the steps below to complete your Swim Search application:
Prepare a one-minute video showcasing your personality and explaining why you embody the SI Swimsuit brand.
Upload a minimum of three photos (full-body clothed, close-up and profile). Swimwear photos not required.
Fill out the full application form linked below.
Follow @si_swimsuit on Instagram and TikTok, and @theswimfluencenetwork on Instagram. Make sure your Instagram and TikTok are set to public in order for your submission to be eligible.
BONUS: Show us your creative side. Create a TikTok or Instagram of your choice and tag #SISwimSearch25 for a chance to be featured on our channels. The sky is the limit. We want to see your charisma and sense of humor.
