RGF CONNECT – BRIDGING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL.
What does a fairer society look like? For us it’s equal opportunities, fair chances and empowerment for all. Through RGF Connect's local employment and education initiatives, we’re bridging the gap by building opportunities and breaking down barriers to the job market. Creating a stronger and more inclusive society for all.
Yvonne Mastenbroek (Chief Sustainability Officer RGF Staffing):
“Within RGF Connect we are creating a global network of social local projects, that connect underserved people to education, training and work. This is going to enable meaningful change for lots of people!”

RGF CONNECT – STAFFMARK GROUP INITIATIVE
Reconnecting Work-Release Participants to Employment and Society
At Staffmark Group, we are the heart between people and jobs. Through our Staffmark Group RGF Connect initiative, our north star vision enables people getting out of the U.S. justice system to get back into society through work. We are building potential and breaking prejudice, building communities and breaking bias, and building bridges and breaking barriers. This initiative is a fresh start that brings inclusion and equality to our participants.
We know that maintaining employment is a vital aspect of their re-entry into society, but we also know that finding a job can be a challenge due to the stigma and discrimination associated with having a criminal record. That's where Staffmark Group’s RGF Connect initiative comes in. We partner with businesses in the community to provide job opportunities for our participants, giving them a chance to prove themselves and demonstrate their work ethic.
Our program is designed to help those preparing to exit the U.S. justice system to build a solid foundation for their future. By working while incarcerated, participants can learn valuable skills, such as time management, communication, and teamwork. Furthermore, our program provides participants with a sense of purpose and a positive outlook on their future. They can earn wages and provide for their families, which can be a significant motivator to stay on the right path.
