More than 800 employees are involved in this group focused on supporting everyone in all stages of their careers at Stanley Black & Decker by providing development, networking, and engagement opportunities. Events take place in local chapters around the world, including opportunities to hear from top leaders and participating in mentorship programs.
They’ve also worked closely with our learning team to ensure online courses are available to further professional growth and acquire skills needed to succeed, as well as establishing lending libraries at some of our locations. Personal development workshops have focused on public speaking and presentation skills.
