Analyst Program

Stream’s Analysts are provided with a structured, and extensive training program that provides a deep-dive into the commercial real estate industry. From day-to-day business functions and decision-making processes, to interfacing with all levels of management, our Analyst Program is crafted with intention, serving as strong foundation for your continued growth and success.

Stream’s Analyst Program is a full-time position for recent graduates likened to an intensive study in preparation for the brokerage function within Office or Industrial Commercial Real Estate. Through this one to two year program, you will learn about the daily business functions and decision-making processes, while interacting with all levels of management. Many of our senior executives and partners have risen the ranks from this program as well, a testament to its ability to provide you with a lucrative, and fulfilling career.
