The new heart of the campus will be a collection of five separate retail buildings, organized around a central plaza and green space. To respect pedestrians the office will be pushed back, creating an internal court with strong connection to the community. The scale of these buildings pays homage to the surrounding bungalows in the historic residential neighborhood.
