To help answer the main question of how Saloniki can balance technology with a personal touch, a team of current Sawyer Business School students proposed a menu powered by AI that helps make the ordering experience more robust. “We were really impressed by the hard work that all the teams did,” said Saloniki CEO Papachristos. “We think about this stuff every day, and the ideas the students gave us were thoughtful and insightful.”
