I chose Suffolk University for graduate school because of its outstanding reputation for fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment. The University's commitment to global perspectives and social justice aligns with my own values and career goals. Additionally, Suffolk's location in the heart of Boston offers unique opportunities for internships and networking in the field of medical dosimetry. The program specifically emphasizes practical, real-world experience, which makes it the perfect place for me to further my education and professional development.”

Suffolk’s medical dosimetry program allows you to intern at two cancer centers using two different treatment planning systems that are standard in the industry. This allows students to learn how to plan on two different systems, as well as experience workflow at a large and small cancer center. Being able to see different sides of the industry as a student helped me understand what type of work environment I want in the future.”
