ADD A NEW HEADSHOT: Select the SPEAKER group, and drag/drop new headshot onto the Canvas. Make sure new headshot is im the correct SPEAKERS group you want. Move the new HEADSHOT to the bottom of the group list so that it lies behind the mask with the circle. Resize to fit the circle. CHANGE THE TEXT/NAME/TITLE: Lock Right side Details folder. In the chosen SPEAKERS group, select test and type in new Name and title.

TO CHANGE REGISTRATION URL: Go to : In the Layers palette,/Right side Details/Registration now group/Hotspot Register. Select the Hotspot Register, and got to Interact menu to change the url

TO CHANGE TOPICS CONTENT Go to : Right side Details/Topics group/Popup-Topic. Click Popup-Topic EYE. The popup will appear on the layout. Select the text and type in the new content. When finished, deselect Popup-Topic EYE, and the popup will disappear from the layout.

TO CHANGE SPEAKER(S) CONTENT Go to : Right side Details/Speaker(s) group/Popup-Speakers. Click Popup-Speakers EYE. The popup will appear on the layout. Select the text and type in the new content. If more space is needed, Click and drag corner of Speaker Square Shape and click / drag the Speaker text to fit the resized square. When finished, deselect Popup-Speakers EYE, and the popup will disappear from the layout.
