You’ll support 15–20 hospitals with big-picture operations, team success, and aligned, growth-oriented leadership. You’ll hire and develop Hospital Managers, partner with Regional Medical Directors, guide teams around key priorities, and ensure every hospital delivers exceptional medical quality, client experience, and financial performance—turning data into strategy and championing Mission’s values across your region.

You are the clinical standard-bearer for your hospitals, setting the highest standard of care and partnering with doctor teams to achieve it. You’ll champion medical autonomy—empowering veterinarians to make the right clinical decisions—while collaborating with a Regional Operations Director to develop teams, drive best medical practices,
and lead your hospitals in delivering exceptional patient and client care.
REGIONAL MEDICAL DIRECTOR
You’ll work closely with Hospital Managers to keep daily operations running smoothly, supporting teams and strengthening performance. You’ll streamline workflows, remove barriers, and drive day-to-day solutions that help your hospitals operate efficiently and consistently deliver
outstanding patient care and client experiences across your area.
