In your career, you learn how to practice great veterinary medicine. But, you don't always get opportunities to formally learn different aspects of leadership. SVP's Foundations: Lead Doctor program is designed to fill this gap by investing in the growth of current and emerging leaders.
High-producing DVMs play a critical role in the success of their hospitals. To reward their performance, we have introduced a bonus structure for our High Producers.
* Production Revenue for the purpose of the High Producers Bonus Plan is client payments, net of any discounts or refunds, received by the Company in exchange for professional services the Veterinarian renders personally plus initial medication prescriptions (but not refills or replacements) received during a scheduled office exam or consultation with Veterinarian. Eligible DVMs can earn a bonus of up to 10%, with a maximum of 30% total production as contracted, including standard production rates, Lead DVM bonus, High Producer Bonus, and/or any other contracted production pay. Management reserves the right to adjust Production Revenue for results that relate to non-routine circumstances. Bonuses will be paid on contract year results. Bonus payments calculated on contract year results will be paid to teammates in good standing as part of the payroll period the month after the contract renewal. Eligible DVMs must be employed at time of payment.
