Working at Mission has been an amazing change for me and my family. I have enjoyed learning about the veterinary industry and I love working in payroll. Doing both at Mission has allowed me to learn new things and apply the knowledge that I have to help my team. That is how we WAG at Mission!
I have worked for this company in a couple of different positions. All veterinary corporations and practices preach good culture, work/life balance, etc.; but Mission is the first one I've worked for that has actually held true to that.
Mission stands by its core values, places mental health as a high importance, & seeks to really make a positive change in the vet industry.
Even with a very large home office, I never feel like a number here.
