Our TaskUs @ Home model includes expanded security features to cover the current situation, including VPN testing, 2FA, a reinforced social media policy, and enhanced security agreements. Our VDI processes are as follows:
TASKUS @ HOME VDI SOLUTION
TU provided PC/laptop assigned to employee with VPN client loaded and configured. Connect from home over home user broadband.
TU teammate access campaign, works within home model directly from local computer.
VPN Secure Connection
TU employee using AD credential prompt to authenticate and access program level app and Timekeeping tools. Security policies enforced.
TU Infosys will have limited monitoring within TU VPN system.
TU IT will work with CS/OPS to transition workstation back to TU.
CLIENT OWNED VPN SOLUTION
Client owned workstation and VPN over home user broadband.
VPN Secure Connection
TU employee using client VPN credential prompt to authenticate and access program level apps and TU whitelisted internal tools. Security policies enforced.
TU teammate access campaign, works within home model.
Client security team will be responsible for overall monitoring of their systems and applications. CS will have to work on passing any incident back to TU Infosys.
TU IT will work with CS/OPS to transition workstation (if any) back to TU. Proper equipment sanitation processes before TU production.
