It's not Kayak season yet but as soon as the weather breaks, I'll be back at it. This helmet is about as good as it gets. Outstanding quality and a really good replacement for my existing and almost worn out helmet that isn't anywhere near as good as this Team Wendy helmet is. With attachment points for just about anything one would mount on a helmet, this has it all.
This Team Wendy EXFIL Maritime Rescuer Helmet is from a well known company that not only sells civilian helmets like this one but is a huge contractor for the U.S. Military. Their ballistic helmets are used by all branches of the military and much of Law Enforcement. If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me."

The Zorbium foam liner provides solid impact protection while still feeling comfortable, and the adjustable comfort pads plus the BOA CAM FIT system make it easy to get a secure, custom fit. The lightweight polycarbonate shell doesn’t feel bulky, and the aluminum shroud is perfect for mounting lights or other gear.
