Liz Sener spent a very chill two weeks in Costa Rica, hopping around from a Paradise Hot Springs Thermal Resort, to Montverde, a small town high in the mountains claiming to be the city where ziplining started, to popular beach town Tamarindo, and finally on top of a mountain overlooking San Juan.

Evan Diamond traveled to Morocco for his 10th Anniversary! He and his wife started in the second largest city, Fes, and then headed by train to spend a few days in Marrakech. The grand finale of the trip was glamping in the Agafay desert.
Brooke Boys spent 12 days in Greece! She visited Athens, Santorini, Mykonos, and Milos. Along with great pictures, Brooke Brings back wonderful memories with her family.
Hillary Lamb travels home to Park Rapids, Minnesota for her brother’s wedding at the end of June. Enjoying the lakes and the beautiful countryside are some of what she looks forward to, as well as eating Tater Tot Hotdish.
Earlier this week, Chris Vannoy and his family traveled to Disneyland, and then to Hawaii!

Ricky Spiese enjoyed celebrating his friends saying their “I do’s” in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
Austin Reach and his wife have been living a nomadic lifestyle for that last year. Since packing their belongings and leaving Atlanta to start their journey, they have been to San Antonio, Texas, Bryce Canyon National Park, The Moqui Sand Caves in Utah, San Francisco, California, Yosemite National Park, and many more places! Prior to Terminus, Jim served in a number of sales leadership roles, most recently as managing director for Insider, a martech company with many similarities to Terminus. Jim is a proven solutions-oriented leader with extensive martech/B2B tech experience. He’s a dynamic leader with a track record of team building, sales enablement, process definition and performance. Most importantly, he’s hard working, honest, and respectful.
Introducing SVP of Marketing Natalie Cunningham
Natalie comes highly recommended by our own Stephanie Capouch. She’s a versatile SaaS marketing executive with heavy experience in aligning marketing, sales, and business development initiatives to achieve revenue growth. She’s joining us after marketing roles at Boardable and Conga where she successfully built and optimized marketing foundations. She brings a passion for building high performance teams with a focus on demand gen, field, digital, and web.
Introducing Chief Customer Officer Zachary McCoy
Zach brings over 20+ years of SaaS experience and an extensive discipline in customer success to this team, most recently serving as Global VP for CS at Emarsys (acquired by SAP). Through his leadership while at Emarsys, Zach and his client success team grew NRR from double to triple digits, resulting in a successful acquisition by SAP.

June Highlights
Tenisha Griggs has been promoted to VP, Head of Global Media! In her new role, Tenisha will work within corporate development and strategy to spearhead strategic initiatives, specifically focusing on Terminus’ advertising/media offering to drive holistic strategy and revenue generation.
Liz Sener has been promoted to Director, Digital Media Strategy! Liz embodies the lead from the front line attitude we need, and is a sound voice for our customers on their media strategy and investment with Terminus.
Trish Webb is promoted to Senior Vice President of Customer Success! Trish has been a tremendous asset to the CSM team, serving as a strategic partner for our customers and their success with Terminus. Trich will make an impact across our customer base, driving up GRR, and learning the commercial aspects of CS along the way.
Jessica Pachman-Hults (JPach) has been promoted to Senior HR Business Partner. As a Terminus OG and critical member of the People Team, JPach has been successful as an employee champion and change-agent. She’s everything to everyone all the time. In her new role, JPach will continue formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of Terminus.
Gina Smith has been promoted to Senior Manager, Total Compensation! Gina is an essential asset to the People Operations Team, making sure each one of us gets paid and has great benefits (among many other things!). In her new role, she will continue to evaluate total compensation, benefits, and rewards to ensure we are a top-notch company. Gina continuously goes above and beyond, looking for ways to better utilize resources while providing exceptional communication.
Taylor L. Young has been promoted to Principal, ABM Strategy! Taylor has welcomed this opportunity with open arms excited to scale her experience as an Account-Based and Digital Marketer to build out detailed road maps and processes that every single Terminus customer can rely on to maximize their impact with multichannel ABM.

LIfeLabs uses the best tools to equip us to turn our skills into habits! Our particular program was intentionally designed to support information retention and the development of new habits. The historical legacy of Juneteenth shows the value of deep hope and urgent organizing in uncertain times. Marked as our the United States’ second independence day, and having been long celebrated and acknowledged in the African American community, this monumental event became a federal holiday last year. Terminus recognizes and observes this holiday, and celebrates a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplaces.
