Here you’ll find vineyards and the only coffee plantation in Europe. Why not taste both, and learn to make mojo, the Canaries’ signature spicy sauce, while you’re at it? On Tenerife, join one of the shore excursions that take you back in time as you explore the beautiful old town of La Laguna, a Unesco World Heritage site, and ancient laurisilva forest of Anaga, rich with endemic bird life.
