That night, she was babysitting for two young children - TOMMY DOYLE and LINDSEY WALLACE - a job which would unknowingly become a fight for survival against THE BOOGEYMAN...
DR. SAM LOOMIS took six-year-old MICHAEL MYERS into his psychiatric care after the boy murdered his older sister, JUDITH MYERS on HALLOWEEN NIGHT in 1963. Over the course of 15 years, the doctor observed the boy's lack of human emotion, and came to personify him as pure evil. After MICHAEL escapes SMITH'S GROVE SANITARIUM in 1978, SAM pursues him, knowing full well where HE will go...
DR. SAM LOOMIS
MICHAEL MYERS, also known as THE SHAPE and THE BOOGEYMAN, was six years old when he brutally murdered his older sister, JUDITH, on HALLOWEEN NIGHT in 1963. After spending 15 years committed to SMITH'S GROVE SANITARIUM under the care of DR. SAM LOOMIS, MICHAEL escapes and heads to his hometown of HADDONFIELD, ILLINOIS. This homecoming would spell certain doom for the citizens of the small town.
MICHAEL MYERS
A sharp, fiesty friend of LAURIE STRODE, ANNIE BRACKETT is the daughter of HADDONFIELD'S sheriff, LEIGH BRACKETT. Never afraid to be blunt, ANNIE chides LAURIE on HALLOWEEN in 1978 that she needs to gain the courage to ask someone to the HADDONFIELD homecoming dance. Little did she know that she would have a dance with death later that evening when she encounters the psychotic MICHAEL MYERS.

HADDONFIELD'S sheriff, LEIGH BRACKETT, has helped maintain peace in the quiet Illinois town since the brutal murder of JUDITH MYERS in 1963. Fifteen years later when approached by DR. SAM LOOMIS, who informs him of MICHAEL MYERS' escape, he is initially skeptical of SAM'S theory that MYERS will return to HADDONFIELD. By the time he realizes the truth behind these claims, it is too late for him to stop THE BOOGEYMAN.
