You are able to make changes to your holiday, subject to normal booking terms & conditions. We understand customers will be apprehensive about their upcoming holidays during this time, but we are prioritising customers travelling in the next few months.
We’ll automatically send you a refund credit for the full value of your holiday, and we’ll also give you a separate booking incentive up to 20%. You can use your refund credit up until 31 October 2021, so you don’t have to rebook straight away. Just hold tight until you receive your refund credit email, then you can rebook your holiday. You don’t need to do anything else. If you’ve booked another holiday, that’s all sorted, and you should be able to see the details on Manage my Booking. If we’ve agreed to send you a refund, it will be on its way to you, and if you’re waiting for your refund credit, you’ll receive an email four weeks from your original departure date with all the information you’ll need – thank you for your patience.
