Start dreaming up your day, or get your wedding date booked if you’re looking to get married in Greece or Cyprus.
Other destinations may not be able to confirm your wedding date, but you can still pop into a TUI Store, or give us a call to start planning.
Now’s the time to confirm and book the venue – get in touch and we’ll book the holiday and add on your wedding package.
We’ll tell you about the ins and outs of your contract before you sign it, and you’ll usually get confirmation of your date within eight weeks.
18 months to 1 year to go
Prepare to send us photocopies of the documents listed in your information pack – we need them at least 12 weeks before your wedding day.
Give us a call if you need any support finding translators or legal services, we’ve got all the contacts.
6 months to go
Your wedding coordinator will get in touch around this point, to arrange things like hair and makeup.
Now’s also the time to organise hotel day passes for any of your guests who aren’t staying at the same hotel.
3 months to go
Start to think about packing. Remember, if you’re getting married and you’re flying on a TUI flight, you’ll both get an
extra five kilos of luggage allowance.
If you’re tying the knot in a long-haul destination your total luggage allowance will total 25kg each.
1 month to go
Welcome to your wedding destination – now you’re here, it’s time to get to know your venue a little more, and meet with your wedding coordinator to run through all the final details of your big day.
Once you arrive
Your wedding coordinator will be on hand all day to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Let’s not forget the celebrations, too – some wedding packages include receptions as part of the deal, while others leave the party planning up to you.
