As an HGV Club Member, will the acquisition impact my vacation ownership or Club membership?
The combined company now extends to over 150 properties in sought-after destinations, including drive-to, regional and international markets. Many of these properties are in new locations and highly desired vacation spots. At the outset, there will be no changes. Over time, as we integrate the two companies, we will communicate changes to all Owners, including costs.
When will I get to access these new products and destinations?
Combining the companies is part of a multi-year, phased initiative. As new membership and timeshare product opportunities become available in the future, including program and product costs, we’ll be sure to communicate these with you. For the time being, nothing changes — you will continue to make reservations as you do now, and your Club membership remains with HGV.
How will this affect my upcoming vacation with HGV?
Your reservation will remain the same, and you should experience no impact to any upcoming reservations.
Will I be able to continue converting my Points to Hilton Honors Points?
Yes. Club Members will continue to have the option to convert their ClubPoints to Hilton Honors Points at the current ratios. For details, please read the Club Reference 2021: Rules and Fees guide here.
Will you notify me of upcoming changes?
As new vacation products and services become available, we will inform you along the way. We will continue to leverage existing communication channels, including updates via dedicated emails, eClub Traveler and our Club News page.
