Log in to your Club Member account at club.hiltongrandvacations.com. You’ll be automatically redirected to your Member Dashboard, where you can view your Points Summary on the left of the screen. You can also select your profile name at the top right hand corner of the screen to view your Points balance. Alternatively, select the Points Management tab at the top of the screen and click on Points Dashboard, where you can view your Points categorized by type and expiration date.
How do I view my Points?
At Hilton Grand Vacations, we often get calls from Club Members seeking assistance on various topics, from saving Points to changing reservations. But did you know that many of these tasks can be easily and conveniently completed online? Below, we answer the most common questions we receive from Members and show you how to navigate the Club website and HGV mobile app for easy, 24/7 assistance.
View your Points Summary on your Member Dashboard
Check Your Points
With six months remaining in 2022, it’s important to familiarize yourself with your Points balance by visiting your Points Dashboard. On this page, you can see your current balance broken down by Point type and expiration date. Not ready to book an upcoming getaway? Visit the Manage My Points tab and learn about additional options for your current-year ClubPoints.
How do I save my Points?
You can easily modify your reservations via the Club website and HGV app

Log in to your Club Member account on the HGV app. You’ll be taken to your dashboard, where you can select the Points tab at the top of the screen to view your Points Summary. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Points Dashboard, where you can view your Points categorized by Point type and expiration date.

You can also view your Points by selecting Points Dashboard at the bottom of the page
This will give you a more detailed view of your Points

Once you’ve logged in to the Club website, locate your Points Summary on the left of the screen, then click on View and Manage Your Points. Alternatively, select the Points Management tab at the top of the page and click on Manage My Points. Then, scroll down to the Save Points section to begin the process. You can specify any number of Points to be saved, up to your full allotment for the current year. To confirm the transaction, make sure to check the Terms and Conditions box, fill in your credit card details and click on Complete Your Save.

Once you’ve logged in to the app, select the Points tab at the top of the screen. Select View & Manage Points at the bottom of the page. Then, scroll down to the Save Points section to begin the process. You can specify any number of Points to be saved, up to your full allotment for the current year. To confirm the transaction, make sure to check the Terms and Conditions box, fill in your credit card details and click on Complete Your Save.
How do I change a reservation?
Club website
Once you’ve logged in to the Club website, scroll down to the Upcoming Vacation section on your Member Dashboard. If the reservation shown is the one you wish to change, select Change Reservation. Otherwise, select View All Reservations and modify the reservation you wish to change. Here, you can modify your travel dates, unit type or size, or resort (click on Change Resort at the bottom of the page). Then, select the dark green box showing the number of Points you need for your new reservation. Click on Book Now and follow the steps on the page to confirm your new reservation.
Navigate to the reservation you wish to change by scrolling down to the Upcoming Vacation section on your Member Dashboard, and then select Change Reservation
After logging in to the app, select My Stay, followed by Modify Reservation

Once you’ve logged in to the app, you will see your Trips tab displaying all current reservations. Navigate to the reservation you wish to change and select the My Stay button, followed by Modify Reservation. On the next page, click Change Reservation. Here, you can modify your travel dates, unit type or size, or resort (click on Change Resort at the top of the page). Select Book Now and follow the steps on the page to confirm your new reservation.
How do I cancel a reservation?
Club website
Once you’ve logged in to the Club website, scroll down to the Upcoming Vacation section on your Member Dashboard. If the reservation shown is the one you wish to cancel, click on Cancel Reservation. Otherwise, select View All Reservations and click on the reservation you wish to cancel. You’ll be able to confirm your cancellation on the next page.

Once you’ve logged in to the app, you will see your Trips tab displaying all current reservations. Navigate to the reservation you wish to cancel and select the My Stay button, followed by Cancel Reservation. You’ll be able to confirm your cancellation on the next page.

How do I convert my Points to Hilton Honors Points?
Club website
Once you’ve logged in to the Club website, select the Points Management tab at the top of the page, followed by Manage My Points. Then, scroll down to the Hilton Honors Conversion section and select the Convert Points button. You’ll be taken to a new page where you can specify the amount of Points you’d like to convert. The Honors Points affiliated with your conversion will be deposited into your Honors account in the first week of the following year.

Once you’ve logged in to the app, select the Points tab at the top of the screen. Select View & Manage Points at the bottom of the page. Then, scroll down to the Hilton Honors Conversion section and select the Convert Points button. You’ll be taken to a new page where you can specify the amount of Points you’d like to convert. The Honors Points affiliated with your conversion will be deposited into your Honors account in the first week of the following year.
How do I make reservations using Hilton Honors Points?
Check the Use Points & Money box to view how many Points your reservation will cost
Hotel reservations made using Hilton Honors Points can be booked on the Hilton website. Log in to your Hilton Honors account by visiting hilton.com and select your desired city and dates of travel. Choose the hotel and room type you wish to book, then check the Use Points & Money box above the list of available rates. Once this box is selected, you’ll be able to see how many Points it’ll cost you per room, per night. Fill out the Payment and Guest Details page and click Book Reservation to secure your stay.
Alternatively, you can select Points Dashboard on the Points Management tab
This will give you a more detailed view of your Points
You can also do so by selecting Manage My Points on the Points Management tab
Here, you can specify the number of Points you wish to save
Check the Terms & Conditions box and enter your payment information to complete the process

Next, scroll down to the Save Points section
On the Points tab, select View & Manage Points to start the process

If your reservation is not shown, select View All Reservations for an overview of all upcoming reservations. Select Change Reservation for the corresponding booking
You can then modify your travel dates, unit type or size, or resort
Make sure to check the mandatory box and select Confirm Changes
Scroll down and select Change Reservation
Here, you can choose a new resort by selecting Change Resort
You can also modify your accommodation type and dates of travel. Once you have specified your new parameters, select Search Availability
You will be shown a list of results. Select Book Now under your desired unit
You will be taken to a page with a summary of your new reservation details.
Scroll down and check the mandatory box, before selecting Confirm Changes
If your reservation is not shown, select View All Reservations for an overview of all upcoming reservations. Select Cancel Reservation for the corresponding booking
After reading the mandatory alert, select Cancel Reservation to complete the process
You will be taken to a page with a summary of your cancellation. Scroll down
and check the mandatory box, before selecting Cancel Reservation
Check the Terms & Conditions box and enter your payment information to complete the process
On the Manage My Points page, scroll down to the Hilton Honors Conversion section to convert your Points

Here, you can specify the number of Points you wish to convert
You will be shown a summary of your transaction. Check the Terms & Conditions box, enter your payment information and select Complete Your Conversion
