Travel restrictions have been lifted in many places around the world, which means that you can get back to exploring your favorite destinations once more. Understandably, safety remains a paramount concern for many. As such, we at Hilton Grand Vacations continue to update our operations and services to enable you to travel with confidence.

We remain committed to providing a clean and safe environment for our Owners, Guests and Team Members. To this end, we continue to implement enhanced cleaning efforts to ensure that every corner of each property — from guest rooms to public spaces — is properly sanitized for your protection. In guest rooms, we use EPA-approved COVID-19 cleaning solutions to disinfect high-touch areas, including light switches, door handles, bathrooms, thermostats and more. We also carry out frequent and thorough cleaning of all high-traffic locations such as lobbies, check-in counters, fitness centers and pool and lounge spaces.

Latest Travel Requirements

Mainland United States: All passengers two years of age or older, regardless of vaccination status or citizenship, are required to obtain a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than one day before boarding their flight to the United States. Non-U.S. citizens who are not immigrants to the United States are required to be fully vaccinated and provide proof of their vaccination status to enter the country. Exceptions to this vaccination requirement are limited. For more information, visit the CDC website. Hawaii: Hawaii is open and welcoming travelers, and as of March 26, visitors are no longer required to complete a Safe Travels application to enter the state. All international travelers entering the United States, regardless of vaccination status, must still comply with CDC travel requirements. The United Kingdom: The United Kingdom has lifted all COVID-19-related restrictions on international travel. All visitors, regardless of their vaccination status, can enter the country without any additional testing or quarantine requirements. Italy: All travelers six years of age or older must show either proof of vaccination, evidence of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours before entering Italy, evidence of a negative antigen test taken within 48 hours before entering Italy, or a certificate that demonstrates you have recovered from COVID-19 within the last six months. Otherwise, you’ll need to quarantine for five days and take a COVID-19 test thereafter. All adult travelers will also need to complete a Passenger Locator Form. Barbados: All travelers must present either a valid negative PCR test (done within three days before arrival) or rapid antigen test (done within one day before arrival). Japan: Currently, Japan is only permitting foreign arrivals for purposes such as business and employment. Travelers are still not allowed to enter the country for tourism. We continue to ask that Owners and Guests follow local regulations relating to face coverings and other guidelines.

We know that travel plans often change. Under our new Changeable Reservation Policy, all Home Resort Priority, Hilton Club Priority and Club reservations made using ClubPoints at a Hilton Grand Vacations resort may be changed without incurring additional transaction fees, provided the change is made 61 or more days before check-in and travel commences in the same calendar year. Changes are not permitted within 60 days of arrival.

Changeable reservations

As plans can also change closer to your date of travel, we recommend purchasing our cancellation protection benefit, which is applicable to Home Week, Home Resort Priority, Hilton Club Priority, Club and HGV Max reservations (coming later in 2022) using ClubPoints, as well as RCI Exchange reservations. This allows you to cancel a reservation up to one day prior to your confirmed check-in date with no loss of ClubPoints. The benefit can be purchased for a fee at the time of booking, and you may also add it to your reservation up to 31 days prior to your scheduled arrival by calling Club.
