Are You Ready for Assessment Billing Season?

Assessment billing season will begin shortly, as many of our property association boards start meeting later this month to review and approve their 2024 annual budgets. Members can expect their 2024 Assessment Billing Notice and annual statement to be posted to their accounts from September through December, depending on the property. If you’ve opted in to receive digital association and loan communications from Hilton Grand Vacations, you’ll receive an email notification with links to your statement and other important documents on the Club website as soon as your annual statement is available. If you haven’t opted in, you’ll receive your assessment billing notice in the mail sometime in the fall. Follow these step-by-step instructions to ensure a seamless assessment billing process this year.

If you opted-in to receive email notifications from HGV, once you receive notification by email that your documents are completed for your property, simply follow the steps below to access them: 1. Visit the Ownership page on the Club website and click on HOA. 2. Select the contract you’d like to view, followed by View Your HOA Information. 3. Your statement will be available under HOA Statements. Then, select the applicable year in the drop-down menu. 4. Your “Assessment Billing Notice and Budget” will be uploaded under HOA Documents by year in the Owners Communications section. Select the year you’re looking for in the drop-down menu. Please note: Billing documents are uploaded as each board finalizes the assessments, and not all assessments will be posted at the same time. In addition, as statements can be found under the year they are issued, you’ll find your 2024 statements and billing notices under 2023. Access your billing statements online

If you have fees due, you’ll see a red banner at the top of your Member Dashboard and under each contract on your HOA page. Click these banners to be taken directly to the payment page. Or you can follow the steps below: 1. Visit the Ownership page on the Club website and click on HOA. 2. If you have more than one contract, select the contract you’d like to view followed by View Your HOA Information. 3. If you have applicable fees due, the Make a Payment button will be available to click on in the HOA Payments section. 4. This will lead you to the Make a Maintenance Fee Payment page, where you’ll see a breakdown of fees due. Select your preferred payment method and follow the instructions to complete the transaction.

To ensure you receive notification that your annual assessment statement has been posted to your account, verify that your contact information and communication preferences are up to date on the Club website.

Payment Tip: Avoid the end-of-year rush by paying your annual bill as soon as you receive it. The deadline to pay your 2024 fees is January 1, 2024, by 11:59 p.m. ET. This way, you’ll be able to continue enjoying your upcoming vacations with HGV without any interruptions.
