Not only does HGV Max offer Members access to more properties in more destinations, but a variety of additional benefits will further enhance your vacation experience. Whether you’re an existing HGV Max Member or looking to upgrade, here we recap some of the program’s most recently added features and benefits.

Did you know that all HGV Max Members have access to some of our beautiful European resorts, including Le Club Mougins located along the Côte d’Azur in France and The Kenmore Club in the picturesque Scottish countryside? Making Vacations Easier

We are also making it even easier to share the gift of vacation with family and friends and explore more of the world! HGV Max Members receive between one and six guest certificates annually, based on their membership tier. For example, all HGV Max Members receive one guest certificate, the Preferred tier receives two, the Preferred+ tier receives three, the Premium tier receives four, and so on. Members can also use points and cash to book an unforgettable vacation via the new HGV Hub platform. Part of our Travel Services Program, HGV Hub provides access to cruises and guided vacations, as well as the option to redeem points toward an airline reservation or car rental. And speaking of car rides, last year, we introduced annual rideshare transportation credits for upper-tier Premier+ and Centum+ Members to use for transportation between eligible airports and HGV resorts.

Loyalty Search Requests

For 2024, we have expanded access to resort availability search requests for Loyalty Tiers. These search requests allow eligible Members to set up an automated availability search for a resort, region, date or number of nights and accommodations, with the number of search allotments increasing in the highest membership tiers.

We now also offer Open Season Rates and an Open Season Credit for eligible HGV Max Members. Both options are suitable for those who want to book a vacation without using existing points. The Open Season Credit will range from $250 up to $1,000 annually, based on the Member’s tier. These are available for use on rental reservations within the Open Season window (within 30 days of check-out). The Open Season Program is new this year for Members of The Club and Extraordinary Escapes in HGV Max. Further changes were introduced in April that expanded the Open Season Rate availability across the Hilton Grand Vacations portfolio of properties. Visit your Member website to check availability.

Open Season Program and Credit

As a reminder, we launched the new Annual Resort Credit benefit last year for HGV Max Members with Premier+ and Centum+ tier status. The $100 Annual Resort Credit can be used toward eligible retail, food and beverage purchases while staying at participating resorts managed by HGV. To view your Resort Credit, please visit your Member Dashboard.

Hilton Honors Benefits and More!

HGV Max Members are automatically enrolled into the Hilton Honors program at the Silver tier or higher depending on how many points you own. Our partnership with Hilton allows Members to deposit points for immediate or future use within the Hilton hotels and resort network. Members with HGV Max benefits also have access to 10% savings off regularly published rates when making reservations online at more than 7,500 Hilton hotels and resorts. Finally, it’s worth remembering that all Members have access to one or two exchange networks depending on their vacation ownership. HGVClub Members in HGV Max have access to RCI Exchange, while The Club and Extraordinary Escapes Members in HGV Max have access to Destination Xchange. This means that in addition to the direct reservation opportunities within the HGV resort network, your membership program is further enhanced by our affiliation with these two specialized exchange services. Both programs offer preferred quality resorts and locations across the globe.
