Providing support to full turnkey event production
With TVS Event Services you can now experience your event before the big day, unlocking opportunities to drive attendance, maximize sponsor relationships and avoid costly and preventable mistakes.
What if you could see your event before it happens?
TVS is a global expert in the design of public assembly facilities, having created millions of square feet across four continents. This expertise gives us the unique insight to meet and exceed an event’s operational needs, enabling venue operators and event planners to make the most of their venue. If you’re planning large-scale events without advanced visualization and predictive analytics, you’re missing out on a powerful tool that can help with literally every aspect of event production.
Let’s dive into a real-world example of how TVS Event Services was able to support a client with their event:
When the Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) needed assistance putting on the Southeast’s largest fireworks show, TVS stepped up to the plate. Our team of event specialists met with GWCCA to understand their goal of maximizing the attendee experience while driving event profitability, and developed a visual overlay of the event.
An event diagram is the first piece of information that venue professionals review when beginning the planning process. These drawings are critical for ticket operations, public safety and visual confirmation of space. Historically, venues have produced these documents in drawing programs as standard 2D images. But TVS takes this to the next level by building 3D models to not only produce 2D diagrams and plans, but to also give the user the ability to immerse themselves in the space.

This immersion helps anticipate needs, identify challenges and find opportunities. As we were planning equipment, staffing and capacity logistics in the 3D renderings, we recognized that the food trucks would need to clear at least one of the gates. This height restriction was a crucial detail to catch in the early stages of planning which was made easy by our visualization. Through the planning process, we helped GWCCA understand staffing needs, equipment ordering and optimal placement, capacity, gate locations and more. We also modeled each entry to provide GWCCA opportunities to secure sponsorships for all gates, heightening the event experience for attendees on entry.
Our 3D renderings gave us the opportunity to see how the stage might look from the VIP or general admission sections. Do VIP attendees have a clear line of site to the stage? Are the sponsor banners visible from every location? We can then use this information to provide next-level experiences for all stakeholders. These renderings of different event spaces can also be packaged and used during the sales process to advertise the experience to potential guests. The 3d visualization provides a potent tool for the event sales team as they approach potential sponsors.
