The impact is very far reaching and every HR professional has a significant and valuable role throughout this time period. Take care of yourselves too.
Give them Space
The biggest thing is to remind your employees is that this is temporary and to try to work with people as much as possible; be flexible with their needs. Just because they are home, doesn't mean that they should be on 100% of the time. Give them space to breathe and enjoy time away from work tasks.
Encourage your leaders from your organization to communicate about how they are dealing with COVID-19, impacts its having on the company and the business. Keep an open communication channel for leaders to have dialogues with all staff.
