COVID-19 Global Relief
Established the PeopleInspired Giving Foundation 501(c)(3) to provide financial support to employees in need as a result of COVID-19.

Raised more than $2 million in financial relief for people impacted by COVID-19 worldwide, for the PeopleInspired Giving Foundation and the Center for Disaster Philanthropy.
In light of summer 2020 protests in support of diversity, equity, and racial justice, UKG established a program matching 100% of employee donations to any U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit directly addressing racial injustice, as well as donations to both the Equal Justice Initiative and the NAACP Legal Defense & Education Fund, raising more than $300,000 in total.
