Length of service can be calculated in different ways depending on factors like union agreements, local requirements, and more, which makes it challenging to keep up with. UKG Ready is making this easy by offering organizations the ability to select whether they would like this calculated by hire date, start date, or seniority date, allowing for greater flexibility in being able to calculate the length of service differently for your employee groups to ensure you stay compliant.

The Payroll Comparison Report provides an at-a-glace, side-by-side comparison of a past payroll run and the current run, allowing you to ensure consistency and identify any glaring discrepancies before you start the payroll process.

Delivered through easy-to-read charts and graphs, the reimagined Total Compensation Statement will allow your people to see a full view of their compensation in real-time, including deductions, contributions, and benefits. There will also be a place where you can add a personalized message which can be used to share information such as key updates, important dates, context around data in the statement, or how much they’re valued.
Another feature we’re working on is a comp statement or a benefits statement. This gives people a nice, visual, real time way to understand how much their contribution is valued by their employer and what is impacting their take home pay. This gives them a full view of the deductions, contributions that come in from the employer…all the pieces that make up that full value that the company has for their people.
