Get the full picture when hiring and reporting on your employees. You’ll now have 150 characters with which to share job details via the Alternate Job Title and Description fields. Once you’ve created longer and more accurate titles and descriptions, you’ll be able to view them in full on the following pages: New Hire, Employee Summary, Job History, Mass Update Job/Salary, Change Job/Salary, and Correct Job/Salary.
You’ll also be able to view the expanded Alternate Job Title and Description fields when you run your Business Intelligence reports.

We know it’s important for your payroll process to run smoothly—whether your employees live and work domestically or abroad. To keep up with international workforces, we’ll be adding Global Country and Bank Account pages for five new countries—Cameroon, Cyprus, Jordan, Sri Lanka, and Tunisia—and additional fields to the Global Country pages for these existing countries: Australia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway,
South Africa, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Stay compliant on the state and federal level and support your diverse workforce by adding configurable gender options to your gender business rule. With this feature, you can add configurable gender options such as “Non-binary” and “Do not wish to disclose” as gender options, giving your employees the ability to self-select and identify.
When the proper business rules allowing for configurable gender options are in place, you’ll also be able to use your Business Intelligence solution to report on gender at the individual employee level.

As part of managing your people, you may at times need to document disciplinary actions and grievances related to specific employees. To help you better track these details, our new Employee Relations feature—available for you to enable—will allow you to log each action, any follow-up steps, the final outcome, and more to streamline your employee record keeping. You can then leverage workflow capabilities to send information along for manager or executive approval.
UltiPro Business Intelligence reporting for this feature will be available following a separate update in mid-June.

Easily monitor your employee Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) incidents with our new tracking feature. Help your organization identify areas for safety improvements, conduct investigations, and create reports by enabling and using the functionality to log incident details—such as date and time, description, and injury type. Administrators can then leverage workflow capabilities to send information along for manager or executive review and approval.
Don’t forget! You can also take advantage of reporting for this feature via UltiPro Business Intelligence in the Administrator or OSHA packages (under Team content > UltiPro BI Content > UltiPro BI for Core HR and Payroll).

Make paying taxes easier on your U.S. employees and on yourself with the UltiPro Tax Arrears feature. This new functionality automatically calculates and tracks uncollected income taxes from employees and places any state, federal, and local tax that an employee is unable to meet into arrears. You’ll then be given the option—when the feature is turned on—to collect these taxes on subsequent pay checks. Tax Arrears does the work for you, but you’ll still maintain complete control and be able to:

New supervisor? No problem. Easily reassign reviews to an incoming manager during the performance review cycle thanks to a Change Supervisor feature for distributed reviews. You’ll no longer need to rely on an administrator with workflow access rights to delegate individual review tasks. Instead, a View/Filter option on the Distributed Reviews Details page will allow any administrator to quickly identify reviews with an outdated supervisor by employee and update them accordingly. All tasks for each review will then be delegated directly to the new manager in a single step.
