Jeanne logs into the UKG Pro People Center dashboard and navigates to the Workforce Continuity tile. Then, she can start to add a new crisis event, for a quick and easy way to check in with employees who have potentially been impacted by the California wildfires.

Natural Disaster - Wildfire
In the Workforce Continuity Hub for administrators, Jeanne can also view results from current and past crises that may have impacted her workforce. Here, she will click “add” to create a new crisis event and send a Personal Impact Form, a Recurring Safety Check In, or both, in response to the California wildfires.

UKG Pro - EMPLOYEE
Jeanne can now appropriately name the crisis situation, designate the type of event, and choose how she wishes for employees to be notified about the relevant forms. She can even push notifications via the UKG Pro mobile app (formerly the UltiPro mobile app), especially for team members who may not have access to a computer.

Sophia is an employee in one of the California offices impacted by the recent wildfires. Shortly after the crisis emerged, she received the Personal Impact and Safety Check In form from her employer. From her mobile device, Sophia can choose whether to share with her employer or input specific vaccination dates, as well as disclose other important details around her physical and mental wellbeing at this time.
