In anticipation, she decides to use UKG Pro Recruiting to build a campaign to reach out to passive candidates (such as previous employees and past candidates) to ensure her company is top-of-mind, once businesses start to ramp up.
Let’s see how using the Candidate Cultivation feature helps Alice to nurture relationships with passive candidates, helping reduce time-to-hire once positions open up.
Alice first logs into Pro Recruiting and navigates to her Campaigns. Here, she can see all current campaigns—including those created by other hiring departments at Bloom—and view key metrics on each, such as open, click, and unsubscribe rates.
