Move, Add, Change
As a licensed moving company, we make office relocation easy. We oversee jobs of all sizes, from local moves to national distribution of excess furniture. We devise a furniture reuse plan, reinstall systems furniture, and manage seating assignments. We pack, tag and deliver office furniture, equipment, and personal contents, working with you to make your move seamless.
Relocation
We own 250,000-sf of warehouse space. With our primary hub in Los Angeles and secondary facilities in major U.S. markets, we provide national storage and distribution of your company-owned furnishings.
Warehousing
For your in-office and offsite office needs, our web-based work order platform allows you to schedule service, verify job status, browse your inventory, and reserve product at any time from any location. We consistently monitor your inventory to ensure that we are storing high use product. Our Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) solutions give you the ability to efficiently track space, personnel, equipment, and furnishings throughout your workspace.

Our custom services provide unique one-of-a-kind solutions from design to manufacturing to installation for a truly memorable environment. Our ready-made standards line of furniture features commercial-grade durability with contemporary design. All Platform furniture is manufactured locally.
Google Spruce Goose
To embrace Google’s open-conversation approach and versatile style, we worked with ZGF to execute their furniture program. We curated furnishings and materials from numerous sources to tell a narrative about Google’s collaborative culture. Additionally, taking cues from the minimal material palette, we produced custom furnishings which complemented the architect’s vision for the space.
Designed by OKB Architecture, Unisource Solutions was brought on to create a furniture program representative of the brand and culture. We outfitted the 38,730 square foot workspace, providing furnishings for the lobby, 2 board rooms, 8 conference rooms, 8 collaborative spaces, a meeting hall, 18 huddle rooms, the pantry and surrounding areas, and 204 workstations.The design won an IIDA Calibre Design Award for large workspace.

In a nod to Hughes, who often stayed at the The Beverly Hills Hotel, we used the hotel’s famous banana leaf wallpaper pattern for custom banquette seating. We also partnered with ZGF to design furnishings with a modern twist of the era’s chic style, elevating the mid-century silhouettes with metal bases and a sophisticated, mature color palette.

National Law Firm
This national insurance company took an innovative, community-focused approach to workplace design, leveraging Unisource Solutions’ services to add polish to their up-cycle of a vacant department store. They built their new Southwest region call center facility in an unlikely place: a defunct Macy’s building. Our client converted the 3-story, 375,000-sf empty retail space into a bustling office environment. They currently occupy 107,000-sf on floors 2 and 3 with plans to expand to the ground floor. Their facility services and interiors firm enlisted us to provide ~850 workstations. Furthermore, we were tasked to outfit collaborative and common areas as well as conference rooms and training facilities. With an eye towards employee wellbeing, the client specified sustainable products, folded in many ergonomic elements, and paid attention to lighting and acoustical comforts.

One of the biggest hurdles facing multinational corporations is creating an office plan that consistently reflects their core values and corporate culture across numerous offices nationally or regionally. The challenges are many, from reflecting local identity to conveying the primary brand image. So when our client, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, wanted to standardize their office layout throughout the United States, we knew exactly what to do and had the resources to do it. Established in 2016, we’ve successfully implemented a fully tailored program in multiplemarkets nationwide, including: Dallas, Houston, St, Louis, New York, San Jose, Philadelphia, and San Francisco. By employing these guidelines on a national basis, we are able to simplify the workplace design process. Moreover, we are able to provide staff with a comfortable and healthy working experience while communicating brand value at each location.
In 2018, Google unveiled their new office in Playa Vista, Calif. Located in the iconic Spruce Goose hangar, the building features open workspaces spread over 450,000 square feet. To embrace Google’s open-conversation approach and versatile style, we worked with ZGF to execute their furniture program. We curated furnishings and materials from numerous sources to tell a narrative about Google’s collaborative culture. Additionally, taking cues from the minimal material palette, we produced custom furnishings which complemented the architect’s vision for the space. To meet Google’s project budget and schedule, we handled design services in-house through our custom furniture and manufacturing division, Platform. Platform gave us flexibility to create the soft seating, reception desks, and bar that aligned with the team’s vision. Plus, we sourced furnishings from 30+ manufacturers to outfit all the meeting, social and private spaces.
