Kathie is an integral part of the Unisource Solutions team with over 30 years of industry knowledge and hands-on experience in facilities planning, design, furniture specifications and account management. She consistently achieves results and completing projects on-time and on budget utilizing strong planning, organizing and conceptual abilities. She will put a strong emphasis on workplace aesthetics while incorporating cost savings from a facilities management standpoint.

Manuel Sanchez has over 25 years of diversified experience in systems furniture as well as account and project management. He is able to work with the end users in the field, should any challenges or changes are needed during an installation. Manuel collaborates with cross-functional teams including designers, installers and operations for a seamless installation. His attention to detail while managing the furniture project from conception to completion, attending construction meetings & working with all trades, ensures successful project completion, on time and within budget.

JOB ROLE: Provides primarily labor services. Supports assigned Account Managers. Works closely with FieldOperations to coordinate and execute projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Attends weekly meetings with customers • Works with lead men on communication and management of expectations • Recommends cost-savings strategies and works closely with Operations to ensure projects are under budget • Responds to client requests by visiting job site with Operations to establish building conditions and installationcriteria • Provides clear and accurate scope of work and submits accurate floor plans to Operations to ensure flawlessinstallations with zero punch list • Provides accurate labor pricing and budgets for large moves and works closely with on-site coordinator foran understanding of project scope with regards to timeframes, budges, client expectation, etc. Meet withOperations to review plans and building restrictions • Completes punch lists and walk throughs with client and lead installer to obtain client signature of completion byexecuting signed punch list documentation within three working days of completion of installation • Verifies order status reports for assigned projects by attending weekly customer service representative meetingsto keep apprised of ongoing projects and shipping and installation schedules • Attends major move meetings.
Design Director
JOB ROLE: Leads the Unisource Solutions design team, developing concepts and strategies best suited to client’sneeds. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Leads the creative interiors efforts on client projects, developing overall design concepts and design strategies • Leads design efforts that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, designdevelopment, and space planning • Advises on the selection and presentation of ancillary furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), colorpalettes • Supervises the generation of finish plans, specifications, and material selections • Manages project work flow • Acts as the primary design interface with clients and consultants • Works with external consultants, product representatives, and fabricators • Oversees “spec-check” process, ensuring a thorough review
