Organization of the Year
The Baltimore Ravens
With a culture rooted in resilience and tenacity, the Baltimore Ravens continually strive for excellence on and off the field. The team is one of six NFL franchises to win multiple Super Bowls since the turn of the century. Under head coach John Harbaugh, who arrived in 2008, Baltimore has posted the NFL's third-most total victories (172), won the league's fourth-most playoff games (12, tied), advanced to an impressive four AFC Championship contests, and in 2012, captured the World Championship in Super Bowl XLVII. The Ravens, who also won Super Bowl XXXV during the 2000 campaign, have made the playoffs in 11 of the past 16 seasons, producing five AFC North Division titles (2011, 2012, 2018, 2019 & 2023). The organization's mission is to win football games, serve fans, and positively influence our community. The Ravens are committed to addressing the many issues facing communities in their hometown. By engaging and supporting the region through their own charitable programs and initiatives, the Ravens consistently go the distance for their fans and neighbors in Baltimore. Since 2019, they have partnered with United Way of Central Maryland for the annual Caw to Action community service events. Now in its sixth year, Caw to Action activates more than thirty thousand volunteers across 130 sites of service—a true testament to the Baltimore Ravens’ dedication to the community that cheers them on.
