CHILL
The ship spoils you with so many options. We loved the Italian menu on offer at Palo and being able to see our drawings turn into animations around us at Animator’s Palate.
You won’t walk away from the cruise hungry. Whether you’re in the mood for fancy finger sandwiches at a royal tea party, a southern US inspired supper, or a dinner show featuring some of your favourite characters, the ship is packed to the rafters with epic food.
WHERE TO DINE
Spectacular entertainment under the stars, fireworks over the ocean, delicious dining and royal tea parties with some of your favourite princesses – it can only really be a Disney cruise, right? Setting sail from Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland, you can jump on board the Disney Wonder from your own backyard. Complete with classic characters, immersive dining, Broadway-style shows, action-packed kids clubs, adult-exclusive spaces and epic deck parties, a Disney cruise truly has something for everyone.
Triton's

STAY
For a fancier affair, Triton’s—named after the Little Mermaid’s father—is a sophisticated fusion of French and American cuisine, serving up an epic supper over four courses. Set inside a grand Art Deco atrium, with ornate sea-inspired architecture befitting of King Triton himself. Here, you can sink your teeth into steaming braised lamb shank, three-cheese lobster macaroni, roasted duck breast or porcini mushroom-stuffed pasta in a steaming vegetable broth. Yum.

Tiana's Place
So where to start? Maybe a street cavalcade at Tiana’s Place, where southern home-style cooking meets classic American flavours. To accompany your Creole-infused New Orleans seafood pepper pot, or your Cajun-spiced seabass-on-shrimp jambalaya, there’ll be toe-tapping live jazz and storytelling inspired by Disney’s The Princess and the Frog. You’re also just a ‘hop’ away from the French Quarter Lounge for a low-key spot to unwind and grab a nightcap post-dinner.

Animator's Palate
Dine inside Animator’s Palate, inspired by classic Disney animation, where you’ll experience a unique dinner show where Disney characters, and maybe even your own drawing, come to life around you. On the menu is a savoury fusion of Pacific Island foods, Asian cooking and fresh California fare.

Even More
Still hungry? For an extra cost, you can secure an adult-exclusive Italian fine-dining experience at Palo, or if you want to make the kids’ arvo, a Royal Court Royal Tea experience for little princes and princesses. You’ll also find breezy beach-themed Cabanas, and poolside quick-service eateries such as Daisy's De-Lites, Pinocchio’s Pizzeria and so much more (which are all included in your cruise fare). Oh, and did we mention the unlimited ice-cream station?
Disney’s ‘Rotational
Dining’ Experience
Get ready to also enjoy Disney’s ‘rotational dining’ experience, where waitstaff will ‘rotate’ and come with you to each of the different restaurants on board the ship. They’ll get to know everything you like and dislike so you have an awesome dinner each and every night. Talk about top-tier service.
Room Service
For times when you’d prefer to bunker down in the comfort of your room, you can have dishes brought to your door, 24-hours a day. The best part? Most meals, snacks and quick service bites are included in the price of your cruise. How good.

I was blown away by the quality of the live performances, which definitely hold up against Broadway Musicals. Our favourite had to be Disney Dreams—An Enchanted Classic, as well as fireworks at sea.
Whether you’re a sucker for a cheeky character meet-and-greet, a love of Broadway-style shows, or a thrill-seeker with a soft spot for some waterslides, Disney caters to children and children at heart.

On Deck Celebrations
Be sure to head to the top decks for a Bon Voyage celebration courtesy of Mickey’s Sail-A-Wave Party! As the ship pulls away from the port, celebrate the start of your holiday with your fellow voyagers—including Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto and Donald. When the sun sets on sailings of four or more nights, you’ll be privy to a Pirate deck party where after feasting on pirate-themed bites you can dance with some of your favourite Disney characters while gawking at a special fireworks display crackling over the ocean. And for the Marvel lovers out there, prepare to journey through the Marvel Universe with Spider-Man, Captain America, Black Panther and those alike during the heroic adventure Marvel Heroes Unite.

For The Kids
The ship is also decked out with pools, a sprawling water playground which features the most thrilling of waterslides. On board you’ll also find the ship’s own movie theatre showcasing first-run films as well as popular motion-picture releases and long-standing classics. You can also expect trivia contests and karaoke, plus three different age-specific Kids Clubs. For ages 3-17, these youth-councilor led clubs can operate as late as midnight and play host to a range of activities, games and themed areas such as Andy’s Room from Toy Story.
CHILL
The adult-exclusive pool and bar area was the perfect park-up for a mid-arvo cocktail in the sun.
Disney isn’t just for kids. Every Disney cruise has a bunch of adult-exclusive spaces designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. We’re talking massages, stretching out at yoga classes, kicking back with a cocktail, or hitting the dance floor.

Adult-Only Dining
When you’re ready to kick back with a drink or a bite to eat, there are plenty of bars, lounges and even an adult-exclusive restaurant. Palo is the ship’s strictly no-kids restaurant, serving up classic Northern Italian cooking with a modern twist. The restaurant boasts extravagant decor and spectacular sea views through its floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as hearty brunches, wine pairings, and a fabled dessert cart. Bookings essential and additional cost required.

Grab A Drink
For the best Disney drink spots, head to poolside bar Signals, the live piano lounge, the ocean-themed nightclub, or the traditional English pub Crown & Fin. You can also sip through everything from beer to bourbon and learn the art of mixology at evening cocktail classes. All these come at an extra cost, but they’re well worth it. Bottoms up.
