Licensing fees have skyrocketed and healthcare organizations are locked into inflexible contracts. Decrease application delivery costs with a hybrid Hyperdrive on endpoint and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployment. By cutting out virtualization middleware endpoint installs significantly decrease logon times and avoid unnecessary system issues. We don’t just build your Epic on cloud infrastructure; we’ll provide robust testing guidance to ensure a successful go-live. In the Landing Zone and Foundation Deployment phase we’ll deploy the cloud Landing Zone which incorporates network integration, cybersecurity controls, identity and access management, and governance and monitoring. PACE, powered by agentic AI automates the deployment of the Windows and Linux base infrastructure inline with Epic’s Reference Architecture. Colors of UST: Purpose driven engagement
What makes the Colors program different is the richness of experience. The program is entirely voluntary; employees are free to volunteer wherever they choose.
A remarkable program with enduring upsides. Colors is a unique UST program that empowers employees to create a positive impact. The Colors framework comprises seven teams, each engaged in a mission represented by a specific color. The program is entirely based on volunteers; employees may engage in activities of their choice. It is marked by the absence of organizational hierarchy, encouraging juniors to lead teams within each color. The program enhances collective purpose and empowers the leadership team to identify individual capabilities and create a talent pipeline. We are dedicated to integrating sustainability into every aspect of our business, and our “Colors” initiative embodies this vision. The success of the ‘Colors of UST’ program as an innovation pipeline and employee engagement tool can be attributed to its democratic and non-hierarchical nature. This environment empowers UST employees to challenge the status quo, fostering a culture of innovative thinking that leads to tangible benefits for technology end-users. In 2023, UST plans to expand the program from 15 active centers and 9,700+ volunteers to more geos, including the US and Spain.

Through our d3code initiative, we have hosted multiple hackathons to provide college and university students a platform to solve real-world problems and test their passion for innovation, problem-solving, design thinking, and programming skills. Other hackathons we have organized include ‘Hack for Tomorrow’, which had a core theme of ‘Innovating Towards Net Zero’, and offered an opportunity for students to develop effective, sustainable solutions for decarbonizing supply chains.
