Attaching our services to CDUs at the time of sale is critical. The client is not always aware that we provide services to the extent in which we do, so early discussions for 100% adoption is key.
Was it designed or validated by our experts?
There are a variety of services available to cover the I&C of an SFN. Design Assist is key to maintaining CDU warranty if the client does not purchase a Vertiv SFN.
Are there multiple Vertiv products within a single circuit?
Rule of thumb if there are CDUs, SFN(s), rack manifolds, and other design initiatives within a secondary circuit, then we must plan to offer our integrated system offerings.
Is the data center a colo, hyperscale, or expected to simulate load testing without servers?
Heat load testing or loadbanking of the system is a sellable service that should be completed by our skilled teams to preserve the cleanliness of the secondary circuit.
