Optimize Liquid Cooling operations leveraging Project and Lifecycle Service
Assemble a team of subject matter experts who will provide input on air-assisted liquid cooling infrastructure design, selection, installation and maintenance. This group will include internal experts (IT, facilities, cooling, and power), consultants, manufacturers, and other vendors.
Gather application and workload requirements to determine future-state needs. Develop a target state infrastructure to support the new requirements by using design and budget guidance.
Start-up and commission the system in line with design and application specifications. Train the operational team and ensure an effective handover. Tune a lifecycle contract including maintenance, emergency management and operational support.
