HOW TO USE VERTIV™ WARRANTY REGISTRATION PORTAL
1. Launch your internet browser and browse to to Vertiv™ Warranty Registration Portal

2a. Portal Registration - If you don't have an existing account, choose Sign Up to register.
Input your First Name, Last Name, Email Address (Username), and Phone Number > Click Sign Up button
Scroll down to navigate to the main Portal.

2b. Portal Registration - After Signing Up, you will receive an email with a subject "Vertiv-Customer Portal Registration-Success!" > Click Activate Account button
2c. Portal Registration - A window will open to ask you to set a new password and re-enter it to confirm.
Once done, you can now sign in into the Warranty Registration Portal.

3a. Portal Login - If you already have an existing account, choose Sign In to login.
Input your registered Email Address (as Username) and Password > Click Sign In
3b. Portal Login - Once you logged in, you will see the Warranty Registration Portal interface.
HOW TO USE VERTIV™ WARRANTY REGISTRATION PORTAL
4a. New Warranty Registration - If you need to register a new purchased product,
click New Warranty Registration button (located on the upper right corner)
4b. New Warranty Registration - Input the required fields (marked with *) such as Country, End User Site Address, End User Company Name, Conact Person's Details, and Purchase Details.
Click Save button (if you want to save it as a draft) or Click Submit button (if details are final)

4c. New Warranty Registration - If you clicked Save button, your warranty registration status will be tagged
as Draft
4d. New Warranty Registration - If you clicked Submit button, your warranty registration status will be tagged
as Pending. Once your warranty registration is approved, the status will be changed automatically.
